Completely Deactivating Old Zoho One Account

STEP1: Ending Subscription 

using the super admin account to go to payments.zoho.com and end the current subscription 

 


 

STEP2: Deactivating the Zoho One Account

1.  Login to mail.zoho.com as Super Admin 

2.  Launch the Control Panel from the settings option

3.  Make sure that you do not have any users in the organisation.

4.  Make sure that you have deleted all the listed domains.

5.  Select Dashboard

6.  Click on Delete Organisation link in the top

7.  The Organisation Setup will be removed and you will now converted to a personal user in Zoho Mail

8. After that you can login to accounts.zoho.com--> Preference--> Close account

 

NOTE: Closing the entire account associated with Zoho, which will remove all data associated with the users Zoho account. This includes emails, contacts and data that is a part of other Zoho applications like CRM, Recruit, etc under the users account will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
