How to do a Mass Update via Export and Import

A.  Export the File then Edit the information that you want to bulk update on the csv file. 

















B. Go back to the Module that you want to Import the CSV file for Mass Update 
6. Go to the Module that you need to Import to. 
7. Click on the Create Account Button dropdown list 
8. and Choose Import Accounts


C. Click on the Browse Button that will appear on the From File Option and upload the Spreadsheet that you Edited with the Changes 
9. Once it has been uploaded a success message will show with the file name. 
10. click Next once you are all good 


D. Decide what you want to do with the Import. 
11. Choose "Update existing Accounts only" since we are just doing a mass update 
12. Choose Account Id as the Primary field for the update (Reason: do not use the Account Name, because there could be a duplicate)
13. Once you are all good click Next 


E. Field Mapping: There will be two columns for the Field [FIELDS IN FILE: these are the headers of the column] [FIELDS IN ZOHO CRM: these are the fields in Zoho crm]
14. Make sure to Map the Account Id to Account Id as this will be out primary field for the update
15. Match the FIELDS IN FILE against the FIELDS IN ZOHO CRM
REMINDER: if you don't want to update the field, please remove the field mapping in the FIELDS IN ZOHO CRM
Example. the Phone in FIELDS IN FILE has a field mapped out against the FIELDS IN ZOHO CRM, meaning whatever data is in the Phone column in the  excel sheet will be applied in the CRM
16. Click Next and the system will import and update the Data in the system from the excel sheet.
